Qualifications:
Sound evangelical Christian doctrine, love for God and people
Spiritual gifts in preaching, instructing, pastoring and caring
Capabilities and strengths in leadership, team work and discipling
Vision for missions ministry
Experience in church pastoring in North America (approximately 10 years preferable)
Seminary teaching experience desirable but not necessary
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
