The Chinese Mission of First Baptist Church at Belton is seeking a full-time/part-time Pastor for our Mandarin-speaking congregation. Belton is located amid Dallas and Austin along IH 35 in Texas.
Our church consists of approximately 50 people and continues to grow.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Bible College
or Seminary
Experience: Pastoral experience
Experience with Chinese Churches in North America
preferred
Languages: Be able to preach and teach in Mandarin. Be able to communicate in English.
Doctrine: Agree with Baptist Faith
Leadership: Demonstrate servant leader
Provide spiritual leadership
Promote spiritual growth
Be Passionate in sharing the Gospel with others
Be Passionate for Chinese immigrants ministry
