Candidate Qualifications:
1. The candidate must be a born-again Christian
2. Master of Divinity or Master of Arts in Christian counseling/Christian Studies
3. At least 3 years of ministry experience as assistant/associate pastor
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
5. Agrees with the doctrines and practices of the Southern Baptist Church
6. Experience in teaching/preaching, a people-oriented person, training in counseling is a plus
7. Preferrably married
