Candidate Qualifications:
1. The candidate must be a born-again Christian
2. Master of Divinity or Master of Arts in Christian
Education
3. At least 3 years of ministry experience as youth
& children pastor
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or
Mandarin)
5. Agree with the doctrines and practices of the
Southern Baptist Church
6. Experience in teaching, a people-oriented person,
good organizational and planning skills, and an
excellent communicator
